Do you believe employer investments in wellness programs have a tangible impact on employee productivity?

Nassau Financial Group in Hartford has invested heavily in employee wellness, spending over $150,000 annually on fitness programs, sports facilities and athletic event sponsorships.

As employers continue to invest in these amenities — with 84% of large companies now offering wellness programs — the debate over their measurable business impact intensifies.
