What have been your biggest professional accomplishments so far?

My biggest accomplishments include elevating to the role of chief human resources officer at Liberty, while building a high-performing team executing our HR-focused strategic initiatives. Together, we’ve enhanced workforce development, bolstered engagement and fostered a culture of growth and innovation that’s positioned Liberty as an employer of choice.

What’s the next big goal you want to accomplish professionally?

I want HR to be a strategic partner in executive decision-making and implement policies that strengthen connections among teammates, help them succeed in our workplace, and contribute to Liberty’s collective success.

I also want to make a meaningful impact on our communities through volunteerism and philanthropy.

What’s one of the biggest professional challenges you’ve overcome?

I’ve overcome working for ‘leaders’ who did not believe in my potential or leverage my experience. This lack of support made it difficult to personally thrive and develop.

However, after joining Liberty, I quickly felt valued and recognized for my HR acumen while they continue to invest in my growth.

How are you involved in the community?

I serve on three nonprofit boards of directors. My dedication to the community is rooted in my values, and I’m fortunate to work for an institution that shares this commitment.

I’m a proud ambassador of Liberty’s ‘Be Community Kind’ brand inside the bank and out in our communities.

What are your keys to maintaining business success?

The key to success is staying current with the evolving landscape of HR and the banking industry. It’s critical not to become complacent, or rest on the successes of the past.

Instead, I prioritize continuous learning and fostering a culture of innovation, while ensuring my team succeeds along the way.
