What have been your biggest professional accomplishments over the past year?
I led the restructuring of our business to prepare for future planned growth while maintaining the highest-quality service to our existing clients.
I also supported a couple of employees who were experiencing challenging situations outside of work. Bringing my ‘human’ to the moment as a leader is one of my greatest accomplishments.
