United Home Experts provides roofing, siding, windows and painting services to homeowners throughout New England. The company focuses on long-lasting, energy-efficient exterior upgrades and serves thousands of residential customers across Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Tell us a bit about your recent accomplishments.
In 2024, we expanded our presence in Connecticut by opening a new office in West Hartford, increasing service capacity by 25%.
Our team also completed over 1,200 exterior home projects across the region, with customer satisfaction ratings over 98%. We launched a new customer portal to improve project transparency and communication, and added 12 new full-time staff members to meet growing demand.

How do you see your business changing in the next five years?
We plan to expand into southern New Hampshire and upstate New York, while continuing to adopt sustainable building practices and investing in smart home exterior technology.

Our succession plan includes gradually transferring operational leadership to the second generation smoothly.
