Fun & Relaxation: The Animosity Bowl pits partners of the firm against associates in a football game, a 50-plus year tradition. An annual wine tasting and staff appreciation and service award dinners are other events.
Employee Recognition: The firm’s chair sends out email congratulations for a pro bono matter, or successful court case or closing. Annual bonuses are given for profitability milestones. Occasions like births are recognized with a baby arrangement sent to the home.
DEI Efforts: The Early Career Initiative is a program afforded to first-year law students from underrepresented and underserved populations. The firm produces a monthly diversity digest and helped develop a seminar with GLOBE (Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender organization). It also has a Women’s Leadership Initiative.
