Employee Benefits: Company pays for 95% of medical costs for employees and dependents, 100% and 82%, respectively, for dental insurance and 100% of vision costs for both. After five years of service, employees earn an extra five days of paid time off for a total of 32 days. There are also 11 paid holidays.
