Tracy Feliciani is a managing director at Accenture and a leader in its Health And Public Service practice. Based in Hartford, she is recognized for leading technology and public service innovation.
Feliciani serves as U.S. technology development program lead and office managing director of Accenture’s Hartford office. She also works with Accenture’s partnership with Year Up, serves on the Connecticut Health Council, and previously served on the board of the Connecticut Women’s Hall of Fame.
What have been your biggest professional accomplishments so far?
As a leader in Accenture’s Health and Public Service Technology Practice, I have delivered solutions improving resident interactions with government services and transforming patient care through technology. As lead of the Technology Development program, I hire, train and steward new talent, strengthening Accenture’s Technology Practice and building Hartford’s technology market.
What’s the next big goal you want to accomplish professionally?
My next goal is shaping how Accenture clients leverage emerging technologies, especially GenAI, while evolving our technology curriculum through entry-level talent strategy. By influencing client roadmaps and upskilling our workforce, I aim to ensure teams are AI fluent and consistently deliver high-impact outcomes across industries.
What’s one of the biggest professional challenges you’ve overcome?
Over the past 30 years, I have repeatedly taken on new responsibilities. Each transition demanded learning new skills, building trusted relationships, and adapting quickly.
By consistently pushing beyond my comfort zone, I accelerated my growth, strengthened my leadership capabilities, and achieved sustained professional impact across roles, industries and organizational environments.
How are you involved in the community?
I serve on the Connecticut Health Council and am a past board member of the Connecticut Women’s Hall of Fame.
