What have been your biggest professional accomplishments so far?

My practice has been marked by successful litigation results and professional recognition; however, the work I find most meaningful is advising clients through complex challenges with strategic judgment that aligns legal risk management with business goals and avoids litigation.

What’s the next big goal you want to accomplish professionally?

Beyond expanding my practice, my next goal is to help build a private-practice environment where women are consistently supported, mentored and advocated for so success is defined not by endurance alone, but by sustainability, fulfillment and leadership over time.

What’s one of the biggest professional challenges you’ve overcome?

Navigating the path to partnership at Robinson+Cole demanded not only technical skill, but the ability to lead, mentor and contribute to the firm’s long-term success. Overcoming that challenge strengthened my perspective as both an advisor and a leader, shaping how I approach my work and support others navigating similarly demanding paths.

How are you involved in the community?

I serve on the board of trustees for Hartford International University for Religion and Peace, and as a member of the board of directors for Junior Achievement of Southwest New England. I previously served on the boards of directors of KNOX, Inc., Longmeadow Educational Excellence Foundation and Longmeadow Montessori Internationale.
