What have been your biggest professional accomplishments so far?

I served as CREW CT’s 2022 president, an organization that advances women in commercial real estate through mentorship and personal and professional growth. What’s the next big goal you want to accomplish professionally?

When my law partner and I joined Hinckley Allen five years ago, our goal was to grow our land use practice, which we achieved. I am focused on continued expansion — deepening our client base, expanding our land use-related services and advancing the work that makes a difference in our communities.

What’s one of the biggest professional challenges you’ve overcome?

Navigating my work as an attorney while also being an actively involved wife and mother of two. I have a reputation for excellence in land use, particularly in the housing and disability advocacy spaces, and am proud to have achieved a balance between my professional and family life.

How are you involved in the community?

I serve as a commissioner on the West Hartford Town Plan & Zoning Commission/Inland Wetlands and Watercourse Agency. I am also on the National Association of Home Builders’ legal action committee, which recommends financial assistance for legal cases nationwide that are of national significance to the housing industry.
