Established in 1997, the Child Health and Development Institute (CHDI) collaborates with state, community and family partners to identify challenges and advance research-based solutions to improve behavioral health care across child-serving systems.
Employee Benefits: CHDI covers 85% of medical, dental and vision costs for employees and dependents. Personal time off is accrued based on years of service and ranges from 22 days for less than three years up to 32 days for more than 10 years. In addition to 12 sick days, extended sick time starts at two weeks for one to two years of service, increasing to eight weeks after six or more years of employment.
