DEI Efforts: A diversity, inclusion and equity committee works on projects to attract and retain diverse employees. Firmwide DEI educational events are held. Employees are invited to quarterly book club meetings focused on DEI works.
Good Times: Last summer’s outing was to Kimball Farm in Massachusetts, where employees took part in rides and activities and received a giant Jenga set and a camp-style drink holder table. Quarterly mental health breaks include activities such as flower planting, wind-up toy races with prizes, Seersucker Day and a pumpkin hunt. A Paint + Sip night at Muse Paintbar included dinner and gifts.
