Peter Paluch is vice president of operations at Phoenix Manufacturing Inc., where he oversees manufacturing and strategic growth initiatives.
Approaching nearly two decades, he has helped lead Phoenix’s expansion from approximately three CNC machines in a 40,000-square-foot facility, to more than 40 CNC machines in a 100,000-square-foot facility. Annual revenue has grown from $8 million to $18 million, and the product portfolio has expanded to 700 active parts.
What’s been your biggest professional accomplishment so far in your career?
My greatest professional accomplishment has been growing alongside Phoenix Manufacturing, from breaking down boxes to running machines. Both of us have transformed; one from a small family-run machine shop into a growing aerospace manufacturer, the other from sweeping the floors to overseeing daily business operations. It’s been a journey!
How are you involved in the community?
Growing up in a family business built by my parents, I learned the value of skilled trades and giving back to them is especially meaningful for me. Today, I support community partnerships with Cheney Technical High School and local educational programs to let students explore careers and create opportunities.

What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my wife and our four young children. As an avid dirt bike enthusiast, I enjoy riding on the motocross course at our home and sharing that passion with my kids by teaching them to ride with confidence.
