Katelyn Jackie is co-owner and director of sales and marketing at Poly-Tech America LLC, a Connecticut-based manufacturer serving the fire and rescue industry. She oversees dealer relations, customer communications, marketing strategy, product coordination and sales support.
Her leadership has helped expand the company’s reach from domestic sales to global distribution, while advancing dealer growth, digital resources, catalog development and the launch of new product lines through structured sales and marketing efforts.
What’s been your biggest professional accomplishment so far in your career?
My biggest professional accomplishment has been helping grow Poly-Tech America from a small U.S.-based manufacturer into a company whose products are now sold internationally. I have helped expand our dealer network, strengthen customer relationships, improve our digital sales resources and support the launch of new product lines for the fire and rescue industry.
Over the last five-plus years, the company has achieved approximately 30% to 40% year-over-year growth.
How are you involved in the community?
My community involvement is closely tied to my work in the fire and rescue industry. Through Poly-Tech America, I help support first responders, fire departments and rescue organizations by improving access to equipment organization solutions that impact emergency response.
I am also committed to strengthening Connecticut manufacturing, creating local job opportunities, attending industry events and building relationships with departments, dealers and organizations that serve their communities every day.

What do you like to do outside of work?
I enjoy staying active, creative and connected to my community. I have been part of the Connecticut Symphony Orchestra for 10 years, I teach yoga, and practice aerial arts. I also love hiking, skiing, spending time with my husband, family and friends, and relaxing at home with my cat.
