Jaclyn Martorelli is an equity partner and infrastructure optimizer at Turnkey Processing, a payment processing and business services company, and co-founder of Turnkey Offshoring. Since joining the company in 2014, she has helped grow revenue from under $1 million to $6 million and the team from three employees to more than 100 across the U.S. and Philippines.
Her leadership helped Turnkey earn Hartford Business Journal’s No. 1 Best Places to Work ranking in 2026 in the small business category.
What’s been your biggest professional accomplishment so far in your career?
My biggest professional accomplishment has been co-founding Turnkey Offshoring, creating a new revenue driver for our company while helping small businesses scale affordably and creating meaningful career opportunities in the Philippines through a people-first model that differs sharply from the traditional business process outsourcing approach.
How are you involved in the community?
I stay active in my community through mentorship, nonprofit involvement and local leadership. I mentor through Big Brothers Big Sisters, support D’Art Studio, serve in my HOA and previously spent three years on the Midstate Chamber board, including its Young Professionals initiatives.

What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy being active outdoors through hiking, biking and rollerblading. In colder months, I love crafting, especially jewelry-making and experimenting with different creative mediums. I also enjoy spending time with my fiancé and our two cats.
