Eric Natale is a partner and chief financial officer at Connecticut Wealth Management, where he oversees financial strategy, enterprise planning and mergers and acquisitions. Since joining the firm in 2020, he has advanced from analyst to partner and CFO, developing the framework used to guide growth, hiring, advisor capacity and acquisition decisions.
He also leads initiatives that strengthen the firm’s operational infrastructure and inform long-term decision-making.
What’s been your biggest professional accomplishment so far in your career?
One of my biggest professional accomplishments has been developing CTWM’s enterprise planning framework, integrating growth, acquisitions, advisor capacity and hiring strategy into a single model. Today, it helps leadership guide strategic decisions, evaluate expansion, manage talent planning and prepare for advisor transitions.
How are you involved in the community?
I am an avid supporter of First Tee of Connecticut, fundraising for and participating in its first ever 100-hole marathon last year. In 2026, we plan to triple our participants and fundraising goal. I also volunteer at local shelters and community meal programs.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and staying active through golf, snowboarding and lacrosse.

I grew from analyst to partner and CFO in five years, leading financial strategy and major operational transitions.
I developed CTWM’s enterprise planning model, integrating growth, hiring, advisor capacity and acquisitions into firmwide decision-making.
I led operational and technology initiatives that strengthened reporting, transparency and scalable firm infrastructure.

I was a three-year starter, in goal, on the Yale Men’s Lacrosse Team.
