What’s been your biggest professional accomplishment so far in your career?

My biggest accomplishment is helping evolve Athelo’s internship program into a fully structured, impactful initiative. This six-month rotational initiative has become a real pipeline for diverse talent, with strong female and underrepresented group participation. Seeing emerging professionals launch careers in sports and entertainment through hands-on experience and mentorship is something I’m genuinely proud of.

How are you involved in the community?
