Alyssa L. P. Lynch is a partner at Halloran Sage, where she defends employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters throughout Connecticut. She represents clients before the Connecticut Workers’ Compensation Commission, advises on related disability issues and manages a substantial statewide and national client portfolio.
Since joining the firm in 2014, she has held leadership roles within ALFA International, the Connecticut Bar Association and her local community, while earning consistent recognition as a Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2018.
What’s been your biggest professional accomplishment so far in your career?
One of my most significant professional accomplishments has been building a substantial workers’ compensation practice while advancing from a lateral associate to partner at Halloran Sage. I represent employers and insurers throughout Connecticut, manage a high-volume caseload and have grown trusted client relationships that have resulted in a strong and expanding book of business serving both regional and national organizations.
How are you involved in the community?
I am president of the Morningside Association in Milford, representing more than 200 homes. I organize community events, lead neighborhood improvement projects and helped establish local participation in Milford’s PorchFest. Previously, I served three years as vice president and remain active in local and professional community organizations.

What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two (soon to be three!) young children, golfing and participating in community events.
