What have been your biggest professional accomplishments over the past year?
I always consider my greatest accomplishments to be those that involve collaboration, problem-solving and efficiency realization.
For me, it’s always about the team. For this reason, I consider some of my biggest professional accomplishments over the last year to include co-development and launch of our inclusivity committee (R.I.S.E. – Respect, Inclusion, Support, Experience), and the department recognition program, Culture of Recognition, where the executive leadership team spotlights departments and individuals within those departments each month with the goal of showing gratitude and getting to know each other as coworkers.
On the operational side, I led the organization through a successful transition in radiology services, providing seamless integration with a new partner.

In what ways are you involved in the community?
Through my roles on the board of directors with the Community Foundation of Greater New Britain and Community Chest of New Britain and Berlin, I am able to make an impact supporting the work of many nonprofits through grantmaking and community networking.
On the Job
Guiding business principle: You can only control yourself and your response. The rest is influence.

Biggest missed opportunity: I have never missed any opportunity that has presented itself. I say ‘yes’ to every opportunity!
Goal yet to be achieved: I would like to be the CEO of a healthcare organization.
