What’s been your biggest professional accomplishment so far in your career?
My biggest accomplishment is rising from a floor operator to a leadership role — developing internal systems, building lasting relationships with customers and suppliers and promoting Marion within the community. These efforts have supported sustained success and positioned Marion Manufacturing as a trusted partner and strong presence in the industry.

How are you involved in the community?
I serve on multiple industry and community boards and lead outreach initiatives at Marion Manufacturing. I actively organize and volunteer in events that support local families, promote workforce development and inspire the next generation of manufacturing professionals.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors. I have a passion for bringing people together — whether through hosting events, supporting local causes, or mentoring young professionals — and find joy in building strong community connections both personally and professionally.
Fun Fact: I enjoy collecting coins and small antiques.
