What’s been your biggest professional accomplishment so far in your career?

My proudest accomplishment was spearheading a comprehensive safety overhaul on a large-scale construction project. By implementing rigorous hazard identification and proactive training programs, I reduced on-site incidents by 60%. This promoted a strong safety-first mindset that protected our crews and streamlined overall project performance.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I love working out, biking and spending quality time with family and friends. I also enjoy traveling and trying new restaurants.

How are you involved in the community?

My philanthropic efforts showcase my deep commitment to my community and dedication to improving lives. My hands-on approach to giving back includes championing the Special Olympics, cancer research and supporting veterans.

Fun Fact: I traveled throughout the U.S. as a competitive gymnast for 15 years.
