What’s been your biggest professional accomplishment so far in your career?
My biggest accomplishment is leading a company-wide initiative to improve the claims process for people injured at work. My efforts enhanced care coordination, accelerated recovery timelines and ensured quality outcomes — while also strengthening client partnerships and building high-performing teams dedicated to compassionate, efficient claims handling.

What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy hanging out with family and friends, traveling, reading and chasing my two kids around. I am also a dedicated member of a monthly book club, where I enjoy thoughtful discussions, excellent company and good wine!
How are you involved in the community?
I’m involved in the community through mentorship, volunteerism and advocacy focused on education and professional development. I have served on the board of directors for the Connecticut CPCU Society since 2018, and regularly partner with industry groups to promote careers in insurance and share best practices in claims management.
Fun Fact: I studied international law in Paris for a summer, driven by my passion for human rights and global connection.
