What’s been your biggest professional accomplishment so far in your career?
I revitalized Camp Courant’s infrastructure to support full-time operations and year-round programming, restoring full enrollment in the wake of the pandemic. Why do you deserve to be a 40 Under Forty?
• Lead with intention, bringing people together around a clear purpose and delivering results that speak for themselves.
• Believe leadership means using your platform to elevate others. I take pride in building environments where people thrive, grow and feel seen.
• Succeeded not by fitting into the mold, but by breaking it. By leading with both strength and sincerity, I’ve helped reshape what leadership can and should look like.
How are you involved in the community?
I engage deeply with my local community by partnering with organizations to expand youth access to enriching programs, hosting inclusive events and creating spaces where people feel welcomed and connected. My work is rooted in a passion for building community through purpose, belonging and shared experiences.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I love hosting get-togethers with family and friends, crafting delicious meals that bring people together and planning a one-of-a-kind party. I cherish spending quality time with my husband and two sons, and the beach is my happy place — where I go to recharge, reflect and feel inspired.
Fun Fact: I am an avid thrifter — can repurpose any and everything.
