How are you involved in the community?
I serve as a commissioner on the West Hartford Town Plan & Zoning Commission/Inland Wetlands and Watercourse Agency. I am also on the National Association of Homebuilders’ Legal Action Committee, which recommends financial assistance for legal cases nationwide that are of national significance to the housing industry.
Why do you deserve to be a 40 Under Forty?
• Elevated to partner at 36, three years after joining Hinckley Allen.
• Experienced land-use counsel, with expertise in affordable housing.
• Past president of CREW CT, a local chapter of a now-international organization dedicated to advancing women in commercial real estate.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I am usually chasing my four-year-old son, Henry, and my two-year-old daughter, Charlotte, around. We love our family walks and homemade pizza nights, but we look forward to being by the shoreline whenever possible!
Fun Fact: I am the proud daughter of Portuguese immigrants and am fluent in Portuguese.
