Since 2020, we’ve evolved from a group fitness studio in the Farmington Valley to a personalized fitness and lifestyle service reaching clients nationwide.

Over the past four years, we’ve focused on education and execution to bring the best versions of ourselves and our team to our clients. We’re most proud of our team’s growth, both personally and professionally.
During the COVID shutdown, we kept our two full-time employees and one part-time employee fully employed. Since then, we’ve expanded to a team of five full-time and two part-time employees.

How do you see your business changing in the next five years?
In the next five years, we’ll stay at the forefront of health and wellness through advanced testing, flexible hours and upgraded equipment. As our client base grows, we’re also open to expanding to new locations to bring our personalized approach to more people and communities.
