Aleksandra Przegalinska is vice rector for innovations and AI at Kozminski University and a senior research associate at Harvard University’s Center for Labor and Just Economy. Tamilla Triantoro is an associate professor of business analytics and information systems at Quinnipiac University and a global voice on human–AI collaboration. Together, they are co-authors of “Converging Minds,” a book on how people and intelligent systems work together in creative and organizational settings.
Moderated by Tuvana Rua, an associate professor of management at Quinnipiac University and director of the M&T Bank Center for Women and Business, this conversation will focus on how people actually work with AI and how power and opportunity are shifting. Students will gain a practical view of where jobs are heading, how to prepare for AI-driven workplaces, and how to build a research and professional path that stays relevant.
This is a chance to hear two leading voices in human–AI collaboration speak openly about the future of work and the choices that matter if you want to be part of what comes next.
