Roadmap to Wellbeing: Strategies for Health & Success
CFGNB will host Roadmap to Wellbeing: Strategies for Health & Success on Friday, September 18, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Klingberg Family Centers in New Britain. The free, full-day capacity-building workshop is open to staff of nonprofit organizations serving Berlin, New Britain, Plainville, and Southington.
Facilitated by Alicia Davis and Stacie Watson of Transformative Leadership Services, the workshop will use the Results Roadmapâ„¢ coaching process to help participants create a personalized roadmap for improving their overall health and wellbeing.
Throughout the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to:
Identify areas of their health and overall wellbeing they would like to improve
Reflect on their Core Values and how they can guide healthier decisions
Identify realistic goals and the steps needed to achieve them
Explore practical wellbeing strategies that can be incorporated into work and everyday life
Develop a personalized 90-day action plan to put those strategies into practice
This interactive workshop is designed to be more than a day of listening to a presenter. Participants will have dedicated time to reflect, plan, and create a roadmap tailored to their own goals and priorities, giving them practical tools they can carry forward into both their work and personal lives.
