Bernal, Ph.D. This historic occasion will be marked by two days of events that celebrate their campus community and the future of WestConn.

The Inauguration will begin with the WestConn Presidential Inaugural Gala on Thursday evening, March 26, 2026. Hosted by the WestConn Foundation, this elegant evening serves as a fundraising celebration in support of the university’s mission and student success. Alumni, friends, and members of our greater community are warmly invited to attend.

The celebration continues on Friday, March 27, 2026, with a series of on-campus inaugural events, highlighted by the formal Investiture Ceremony. Members of the entire WestConn community are invited to attend this meaningful academic tradition and the events surrounding it.
