The Best Places To Work Awards in Connecticut honor companies statewide who rank highest in employee satisfaction as determined by a survey administered nationally by Workforce Research Group. 

The program is built to identify employers throughout Connecticut who are doing things right and creating cultures that make employees proud to be a part of them. Valuable feedback from your team can be used in a myriad of ways to help foster and improve the atmosphere and culture at your workplace.

2026 rankings were revealed in the March 9, 2026 special issue of the Hartford Business Journal in print and online, as well as celebrated at a special awards dinner on March 5, 2026.

Award Categories
The winners will be recognized from two categories:
A Small/ Medium Employer Category (15-199 US Employees)
A Large Employer Category (200+ US Employees)
