Zygo Corp. says its human resources vice president plans to retire on Sept. 15 from the Middlefield maker of electronic measurement equipment.
David Person informed Zygo last Friday of his intentions, the company said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The company did not elaborate.
