IMS WaterJet, Inc. in Waterbury has promoted Bill Zomro to vice president of sales for the United States and Canada.
The firm is a manufacturer of waterjet cutting systems.
Zomro was hired in April as the company’s eastern regional sales manager. In his new position, he oversees IMS WaterJet’s relationship with distributors and customers across North America.
Prior to joining IMS WaterJet, Bill held sales leadership positions at several companies within the machine tool and metal finishing industries.
