Lori Lehan has been named vice president of human resources for the YMCA of Greater Hartford.
In her previous role at an area nonprofit, Lehan created and implemented a formal talent pool development program, was responsible for recruitment, placement, training and employee relations for more than 500 employees in multiple locations, and led efforts to measure and improve communication and employee engagement.
