Robert S. Yirigian has been named an assistant vice president and senior engineering manager at Glastonbury’s Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global infrastructure consulting, planning, engineering and program/construction management organization. Prior to joining Parsons Brinckerhoff he was an Associate Vice President with a national engineering consulting firm, responsible for managing its Connecticut operations. Yirigian holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from the University of Hartford and a master of business administration degree from the University of Connecticut.
