XL Insurance, the global insurance operations of XL Capital Ltd. which has operations in Hartford, today announced that it has appointed Tony Cabot as director of Global Programs.
Based in Zurich, Cabot also remains product development manager for Continental Europe and Asia.
Cabot has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, 10 of those within XL, the company said. He was country manager for Italy and held management roles in sales, marketing and client relations.
