Insurer XL Group PLC, with operations in Hartford declared an ordinary dividend of 11 cents a share to be paid June 30 to stockholders on record as of June 15.
In addition, its wholly owned XL Group Ltd. unit will pay a dividend of 76.275 cents a share  on its series C preference stock. The dividend will be paid on July 15 to shareholders of record as of June 30.
