A unit of insurer XL Group PLC, with operations in Hartford, announced a $75 million cash tender offer for all outstanding shares of its series C preference ordinary shares.
XL Group Ltd. will pay $25 for any of the 2,876,000 shares outstanding.
The offer expires at 5 p.m. eastern time on Aug. 15, unless extended or terminated.
