Insurer XL Capital Ltd., which has operations in Hartford, has declared quarterly dividends on its common and preference shares.
The common dividend of 10 cents will be paid June 30 to shareholders of record as of June 15.
In addition, XL Capital will pay a dividend of 76.275 cents per share, or a total of $5.6 million, on its series C preference shares on July 15 to all shareholders of record as of July 14.
