Norwalk-based Xerox Corp. said Monday its $6.4 billion purchase of outsourcer Affiliated Computer Services Inc. is complete.
The printer and copier company said shareholders of both companies met in separate special meetings on Friday to approve the cash and stock deal aimed at expanding the back-office services Xerox offers other companies. The deal was first announced in September.
Xerox issued about $2 billion in bonds this month to help pay for the acquisition. (AP)
