Norwalk imaging giant Xerox Inc. continues building its network for improving document workflow for small to medium businesses, this time buying one of Iowa’s’ largest office-equipment dealers.
Xerox’s Global Imaging Systems division acquired 12-year-old independent distributor Premier Office Equipment Inc., of Marshalltown, Iowa, for undisclosed terms.
Two weeks ago, Global Imaging bought assets of United Business Solutions of Addison, Ill., and assets of Florida Imaging & Network Systems earlier this year.
Premier will immediately offer Xerox’s full line of office products.
