Hartford’s World Affairs Council of Connecticut has named Megan C. Torrey, a program director for the past 11 years, as interim executive director.
She replaces Felicity Harley, who resigned July 1.
The non-profit, non-partisan council aims to promote public understanding of global affairs and world issues by sponsoring programs, discussion series and seminars on international politics, business and culture.
