Wooster Square Advisors’ Carlos Salmon Rings Nasdaq Opening Bell

Carlos Salmon participated in ringing the Nasdaq Opening Bell in recognition of Black History Month and the Association of African American Financial Advisors’ (Quad-A) 25th anniversary on Feb. 23, 2026. Salmon shared the stage with other Quad-A leaders honoring the vision first established by LeCount R. Davis, Sr., the first Black CFP professional and founder of Quad-A. The moment represented both a celebration of progress and a reminder of the work that remains to broaden access and representation in wealth management.
“For me, the bell ringing was symbolic,” said Salmon. “As one of the few Black advisors in wealth management, I understand that representation in our profession is still rare. Moments like this remind us of the responsibility we carry, to expand access, to build trust, to elevate standards, and to open doors wider than we found them.”
