Woodbury will host Connecticut’s largest Earth Day event, complete with local, natural, and organic vendors, a petting zoo, musical performances, nature walks, and arts and crafts.
In 2012, the event had 120 vendors and 5,000 guests, which was the first the first year the event was sponsored by the Woodbury Business and Economic Development Committee.
The event is non-profit and all proceeds collected will be donated to local charities. It will be held 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 27 at Hollow Park in Woodbury.
