New Haven mergers and acquisitions firm Woodbridge International said it has new offices in Shanghai and Hong Kong.
The offices are aimed at middle-market M&A activity in China, Woodbridge said.
The announcement follows the opening of an office in Tokyo, Japan in July and another in Pune, India earlier this year. Woodbridge now has 18 offices worldwide.
