Woodbridge medical office building, leased to Yale New Haven Health, sold for $900,000

A Woodbridge medical office building currently leased by Yale New Haven Health has sold for just under $1 million.

HK Capital LLC sold the building at 19 Lunar Drive to Milford-based Genvest LLC for $900,000 in a deal recorded Jan. 24. According to state business listings, principals of Genvest are Richard C. Meisenheimer, Linda Meisenheimer and Richard Meisenheimer III, affiliates of Spectrum Associates, an aerospace engineering company based in Milford. 

The property is a 9,000-square-foot space built in 1970 that sits on 1 acre in the Amity industrial park near Route 69, the Meriden-Waterbury Turnpike, and Route 15. The property has a total appraised value of $757,900.

HK Capital bought the property for $685,000 in 2017, according to town land records.

The seller was represented by Houlihan Lawrence Wareck D’Ostilio Commercial & Investment Real Estate.
