New Haven M&A firm Woodbridge International said it has opened an office in Bogota, Colombia.
It’s the fifth new global office this year for Woodbridge, which has also set up locations in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Tokyo and India.
Woodbridge said its Tokyo office is generating Japanese sellers who want to sell their middle-market companies to international buyers.
Woodbridge also has global locations in the Netherlands, Mexico and Brazil, as well as 11 offices in North America.
