The Women’s Business Development Council, a nonprofit that provides services to women-owned companies and entrepreneurs, has three new board members.
They are: Trish Havey, chief human resources officer at Libertas Funding; Travis Parman, chief communications officer at Philip Morris International, U.S.; and Marissa M. Weidner EVP, chief corporate responsibility officer at Webster Bank.
