A vacant two-story warehouse in Norwalk has sold for $1.88 million, according to the broker who represented the seller.
Broad RE Investment LLC — controlled by Right Choice LLC as well as Steve Strauss and Lewis Liebert, both of Westport — purchased the 8,001-square-foot building at 17 Broad St., said John Servos of DVB Commercial Realty.
Strauss, who is the chief financial officer of Westport-based Maywood Advisory Services, declined to comment.
“Right now, industrial properties are in huge demand,” Servos told the Hartford Business Journal.
The seller, Broad Properties LLC, is controlled by Angelo Marasciuolo of Darien. He purchased the property for $525,000 in 1996.
Built in 1986, the building sits on a 0.39-acre parcel. It was appraised at $825,370 and assessed at $577,760 in 2024.
