The Xerox office building in Windsor has sold for $5.6 million, realty sources say.
Bloomfield’s Capstone Properties LLC bought the 64,137-square-foot building on 3.85 acres at 360 Bloomfield Ave., just off I-91, from Mattapoisett Properties LLC of Hebron.
The 29-year-old edifice is 94 percent occupied, according to O,R&L Commercial, the deal’s sole broker.
The Class A building’s exterior bears the logo for Xerox, one of its largest tenants, with 12,500 square feet, OR&L said.
Other major tenants are Liberty Mutual, Genesis Healthcare, St. Francis GI Endoscopy, and New York Life.
