Windsor’s SS&C unveils new logo, image tagline

SS&C Technologies Holdings Inc. has a new corporate logo and marketing slogan and this fall will launch a customer roadshow to showcase the Windsor financial-services software provider’s broadened global footprint, authorities say.

SS&C completed in recent months a series of global acquisitions, capped with its June purchase of former British hedge-fund financial administrator GlobeOp for $818 million.

In May, it paid $170 million for the PORTIA middle-to-back office operations platform from business-information vendor Thomson Reuters.

SS&C’s new marketing tagline: “Don’t Wonder. Know. Anything. Anytime. Anywhere”.

“The new SS&C brand underlines that we are moving forward as a company and as a software and services provider,” said Chairman and CEO Bill Stone.

The company says it launched its new logo through town halls in Windsor and New York City, where GlobeOp also had extensive operations.

The combined entity services clients with more than $400 billion in assets under administration. It also employs 4,000 people in 43 offices worldwide.

Customer and prospect events touting SS&C’s new image and services around the globe are planned for the fall, Stone said.

Separately, SS&C announced Australia’s Investment Administration Services (IAS) has renewed its contract to continue using of SS&C’s Global Wealth Platform services to support its Australian weath manager clients. IAS has been an SS&C client since 2004.
