Rhode Island’s Colonial Printing Co. will become a division of Windsor-based Integrity Graphics Inc., Providence Business News reports.
Colonial Printing, which specializes in high-quality, short-run, four-color printing, will continue to operate its Warwick, R.I., manufacturing facility and retain all of its employees.
The only thing that will change is there will be common ownership, Colonial Vice President Ken Menna told PBN. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Menna will become the chief operating officer of Integrity Graphics and Ray Menna, founder of Colonial Printing, will stay on in an advisory role.
“Our increased capacity and software development resources, combined with our existing reputation for quality, will solidify us as one of the premier commercial printing companies in the Northeast,” said Ken Menna.
Colonial and Integrity will have 105 employees combined, 42 at the Warwick facility.
