Windsor’s Cooperative Systems acquires Manchester IT firm

Windsor IT services company Cooperative Systems completed its acquisition of Manchester IT and data services company previously known as Fandotech.

With its acquisition of Fandotech ‒ which focuses on cloud and datacenter services ‒ Cooperative Systems is now launching a cloud and datacenter service, which officials say will allow the company to expand its customers in New England.

“We are in the business of managing and securing technology for businesses to drive their businesses forward and ultimately grow,” Cooperative Systems President Scott Spatz, said. “One of the best ways to do that is by offering custom cloud and data center solutions through a proven process that migrates data and applications to hosted environments.”

Following the acquisition, Fandotech will operate under the Cooperative Systems brand. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
